125k without benefits? Trademark is niche, it isn’t like you’re just doing contracts, so the pay would be higher imo.

OP here. It’s for a private company worth ~1.5 billion in revenue. Without getting too specific, industry is retail.

Roughly 20 hours a week, fully remote. Primarily copyright and trademark counseling & transactional work (drafting / negotiating contracts, reviewing licenses, reviewing marketing collateral, counseling on IP rights & usage, etc). Hiring manager is still figuring out if they can offer me a benefits package as a part-timer.

For whom? A non-profit (how big? What kind of issues?A private company with how much revenue in what field? Scope of work broadly? Hours? Exceptions? Benefits?
