Nothing like a McDonalds cheeseburger more nuggets. No reason to be ashamed, just enjoy it. There is no healthy or unhealthy one meal, it is all cumulative and occasionally enjoying fast food is harmless!

Oh please. I have McD's for breakfast or lunch like twice a month. Sometimes the only window I have to eat is when I am between running errands, on my way to work or taking my kids places. And so I have to get a meal from a place with a drive-through and be something that i can eat with one hand while driving. McD's, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King are the most common. I rotate and have each like twice a month.

Fast food kept my family fed for long stretches of time when that was what we could afford. I forgot what it was like to have no funds and daily need to scrounge up as close to $10 as possible and see which fast food place could make that stretch the farthest.
