Homemade salsa from:
canned tomatoes
cilantro
garlic
onion
lime juice
canned jalapenos
How long would you let sit in fridge and still eat it? I made some a couple months ago and put into a mason jar. It got tucked in the back of the refrigerator and husband put it on his eggs this morning. He said it tasted fine and he'd continue using it, but I think there's no way this could still be good, right?
