I tried it some time ago and absolutely hated the taste. And there was no way to kill the taste by mixing it with anything else.

It’s hard to say, I was following a lower carb diet, and I do time restricted eating- 14 hr digestive rest over night, breakfast at 10, lunch at 2 and dinner at 6 ish, so, yes, I lost weight, but not sure how much can be attributed to which actions or if it was a culmination of all. Regulating blood sugar/ insulin resistance helped with cravings for junk foods. But I don’t think barbering is a magic pill.

It’s the supplement version of metformin. Not particularly effective for weight loss but helpful for glucose regulation.

No. I’ve taken it in the past and it did nothing. compounded semiglutide, however, has been a miracle for me
