Has anyone tried anything that worked?

Add 1/4 tsp in a glass of water and drink it 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. It is tasteless, odorless, and colorless. Disappears in the water completely. You can add some lemon juice and dried mint powder in the water to make a delicious drink. Inulin can also be dissolved in any drink or liquidy soup. Start slow and do not add more than 1/4 tsp in a glass of water. Do not exceed more than 1 tsp a day. It is an excellent prebiotic. It allows friendly bacteria to thrive in your gut.
Next, make a huge pot of savory vegetable soup with onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, tomatoes, spices, carrots, spinach, cabbage etc and eat with or before meals. Don't eat commercial canned soup. They are loaded with sodium, sugar and preservative.
Breakfast of oatmeal with hemp hearts and flaxseed. I am drinking some Keffir even though I had thought that I can leave dairy. Keffir and some milk for my morning coffee is a must for me and I feel pretty good with both.
I have been on a mainly plant based whole food diet for a month. I have not lost a lot of weight (3 lbs only), but I have been feeling great. My big issue was appetite too. I am not great at calorie restricted diet, so I have to eat low calorie bulky foods that are anti-inflammatory.
