We spent a few days last summer at the Kotor Bay Hyatt and loved it -- Kotor Bay is gorgeous and the hotel is really nice for the price point.

Our favorites: Herceg Novi, Kotor , Perast, Our Lady of the Rocks, hike Ladder of Kotor, Castle of San Giovanni… all amazing.

Lake Ohrid, along the Albanian-Macedonian border, is very beautiful.

But this part of the Balkans is an unusual place for a honeymoon, and I hope that the two of you are seasoned travelers in not-so-easy areas.

Definitely not. PP and found it more expensive than Prague and Budapest and on point with Florence and Madrid, specifically for groceries

Would love to know your favorite places, including hotels. We’re going in Sept, delayed honeymoon, so just the two of us. We love hiking, walking tours, beaches/boating, and great food. We only have 10 days. Thanks so much!
