OP here, I appreciate that. I love the beach, this one in particular. I love amazing fully decked out beach houses. We haven’t gone since CoVid, so in addition to my parents and a few of the family members that have committed, I actually really want to do this.

I’m literally going through the same thing right now. Siblings and their families will not commit and it’s making me very stressed. I’m concerned about being out the money but the bigger concern is ending up in a giant beach house with not many people and it just being a huge flop that causes resentment. I’m not booking yet.
