Once I asked somebody to re-park because I was just about to pull into the spot next to them. I really can't believe I did this but I had been driving around looking for parking spaces for a while and I was desperate. But ordinarily I wouldn't do anything.

Saw this on Facebook (don’t judge me. I’m old). Carry some sidewalk chalk around with you. Draw a big circle around their car. Then draw a giant arrow pointing towards their car. Then in giant bubble letters write “LOOK AT ME! I’M SPECIAL!”.

I do nothing but shake my head, assume they are an entitled idiot or don't know how to park, and hope they get towed and/or ticketed.Depending on the car, I assume they do it to prevent anyone from parking next to them and scratching it.
