I used to think Emmy squared was one of the best in the area and then I ordered delivery from their Shaw location and one pizza was correct but undercooked, and the other pizza was not made with gluten free crust as requested. I think Blaze Pizza and &Pizza do a pretty good job. Not the best I’ve ever had but pretty easy to get and tasty.
I don’t care for places that use a flour blend with garbanzo bean flour, you can really taste the beans. Pizzeria Paradiso does this.
I’ve always wanted to try Frankly Pizza’s GF crust in Kensington, but you have to preorder it a day in advance and that’s a bit too much effort for me. Has anyone here tried it? Is it worth it.
