We have always gone to Brown's Arlington Honda (It has some new name now), but when we were selling our Honda - Landmark Honda gave us $2,000 more. So not sure what that means for your situation!

Don't call or talk on the phone to them. Texting works just fine and you have it in writing.

Figure out what you want, go home, find 3 dealers around you that have what you want, and ask them for a price. Send the other ones the price you were offered. Never ever do it in person.
