Nagging is a perception but health consequences are real.

Please don't. By the time your kids are adults, they should know how to live healthy lives. If you tell a 22 year old to never drink, you're going to get a big eye roll. Teach your kids healthy habits and moderation and you won't have to nag them as an adult.

Don't do this. If your adult children don't know the importance of eating healthy and staying in shape, no amount of nagging will change that.

Is this advice in response to questions or discussions about specific health concerns? Then yes.

Have you neglected to give this advice throughout their pre-adult life? Most adults should know this already.

There is a fine line between a helpful suggestion and nagging. Be careful.

Do you give your adult children health advice? Get annual physical? Eat healthy? Don't smoke? Don't drink? Exercise etc?
