Someone in your high school had five children? How old was she when she had the first? Seems like the police should be involved and you should have some perspective.
Nobody is talking about you in other languages. Four comments over the course of a lifetime doesn't really add up to "women are bad and men are good".

Yes, people who think you don't know their language actually DO gossip about you and you're he'll of naive for not thinking so. I speak Spanish and you bet your ass Latinos gossip all the time about you.

Agree. I was nice to everyone as a child so when someone is rude I'm taken aback.

As a foreigner, OP, I take exception to your suspicions of foreigners. I hope you understand that the immense majority of the time, no one is thinking or talking about you! I can see you've developed social anxiety over this, but please be reasonable.
The DC area is very international, due to all the visiting researchers and scholars, and people working for various agencies like the World Bank and the embassies. None of them are interested by your appearance.

Generalization much? I'm sorry you had traumatic experiences as a young girl but isn't it paranoid behavior to assume that everyone speaking a foreign language is a bad person saying something nasty? There must be people who are good or neutral and people who might be bad but not interested enough in you to make any comments?
