It is pretty bland on its own, but a good substitute for rice. Use it with saucy flavorful things - a hearty stew, a spicy curry etc

Probably a bit far for you but I got some yesterday at the one in Lanham.
Trader Joe's sells frozen cauliflower rice too.

We usually buy riced cauliflower (frozen) from Costco, but it seems to be out of stock in Sterling Costco. Has anyone seen it in any other Costcos in the area? I am not looking for the shelf stable one, need the frozen one.
