I have to assume the vast majority of EVS are not Rivian pickups. I mean, if something happened to my Chevy volt bumper, they could just pull a bumper off a used Chevy Cruze LOL.

This is an old story. What made the repair expensive here is that the repair shop took the R1T apart in order to repair it. Yes you read that correctly, they took the truck apart.

This is not really and EV story per se, but a repair shop expose. The repair shop said that they had to do the repair this way because they had never repaired an R1T before.
