You'll need to have a specific goal in mind- do you want to lose fat, maintain or gain muscle. Then the calculator will tell you what your macros are based on your age, weight, height.
Is this what you are looking for?
The gym body scanners won't tell you your macros. It will measure your body composition- lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, etc. It is helpful to have it as a baseline but definitely not necessary.
