When is TSJ joining MLSNext?

We moved from Fairfax to Loudoun and have a U9 boy who loves soccer. He played for SYC DA and made it on the 4th team. But we are moving to Loudoun and he tried out for some teams there too. He got an offer for 1st team at TSJFC presumably because they are still building their program. And last team for Loudoun Soccer even though I thought he played great. I think it's because they don't know him and only saw him for 2 hours in a jumble of many other kids.

TSJFC is preparing for an MLSNext team in the future, they have some interesting coaches coming in and it could be a chance to grow with a team from the beginning. On the other hand, we saw some great kids at Loudoun Soccer that would help with development and it is a more established club.

Just trying to figure out what's the best place for him in terms of training and opportunities for advancement/development in the future. Any ideas?
