Tretinoin and mine has a percentage of tranexamic acid

I got mine from Apostrophe because going to the dermatologist is so time consuming with work. I've loved it!

Have you investigated the causes? Mine only went away when I stopped using birth control pills.

Not the answer you want but the only thing that worked for me was BBL treatments. Before that I used dermablend cover crème to hide it.

OP melasma is one of the hardest conditions to treat. I've watched Dr. Vanita Rattan on youtube who talks about treating melasma/hyperpigmentation with over the counter products. I did follow her process layering products by The Ordinary and had success with it but it didn't completely get rid of it.

Sunscreen is very important as well.

You can't. You'll only waste your money on creams and potions. Either go see a dermatologist for multiple sessions of laser or buy a good concealer to cover it.

What have you used that has been successful? What is your skincare regiment? Thanks
