Kuya Ja's has it on their catering menu however KC Filipino in Rockville has it on their regular menu - they call it Lumpiang Sariwa.

The PP is correct. It’s fresh lumpia or lumpiang sariwa. Just make your own. Even if you can find them, they don’t travel well so just make your own or eat it where u buy it.

You’re looking for what is called “fresh lumpia”, OP. I haven’t found a good one in this area, either. There are some recipes online if you google Lumpiang Sariwa or fresh lumpia.

I used to work in Manila a lot and love the lumpia that’s made with mushrooms, eggs, and veggies. Is there anywhere I can find that in the DMV? So far all the Filipino and Asian places I’ve gone to only have the deep fried meaty version.
