I think it has some legs, people are sticking with those tones for furniture but moving beyond neutral walls.

I think we’re going to see a convergence of styles. It’s true that the all neutral look is beginning to feel a bit tired, but its calming effect is one that I think many people appreciate. Therefore, you may see people adding more pops of color to their neutral homes.

If you’re not selling your house soon you should do what you like. If you ship in trendy stores it might be hard to find accessories, etc,, though.

I think we’re headed for more color soon, and this is how I know: my teen kids hate neutral houses and love more color and more personality. Our house has mostly neutral paint but I plan to change that next time we paint!

Everything I see on Houzz and in magazines seems to have off-white with natural wood tones, organic looking vibes... I'm remodeling and am leaning toward some pretty vibrant colors- feel like I'm the only one going in this direction. Is color out for awhile??
