OP, all the clubs run camps- some more competitive than others. But regardless, come the fall there will be tryouts for ADP teams I think, as well as MSI classic, which might be a good place to start.

It's nearing summer so mostly only camps going on. If you're near Rockville, Bethesda Soccer Club has great camps for all levels.

Golden Boot runs good camps, with some in McLean that might be convenient for you.

We are in NW DC. I have a 9-year-old boy who is a good athlete but is relatively new to soccer and interested in improving. Does anyone have good recommendations for programs that would help with skill development? Would a classic program be a good choice for the year? If so, is there any classic program in particular? Any coaching or summer camp recommendations?
