At our private school most everyone wears a tux, but with their own flair. Very fun looking crowd.

Suits - Mens Warehouse. It was cheaper to purchase a suit than rent a tux. They needed suits anyway.

Just saw prom pics from my nephew (in Texas). He wore a suit, and the girl had a bouquet.

PP here again with DS at FCPS high school: If the boys have dates, do they bring a bouquet or corsage? I am looking at pictures from last year and some of the girls have full bouquets?!?

Private all-boys HS. My Senior is wearing a tux--he asked about it.

Though I guess I better check with him to see if his friends are doing suits or tuxes!

Bumping this for 2024. My son decided last minute to go to the prom. This is an FCPS school. Please tell me they only wear suits and not tuxes!

Our school has already had prom, all the boys in my daughter’s group wore suits, not tuxes.

I have seen a lot of pictures of suits and a few with tuxes. For reference, the tuxes were seniors at an all boys private HS.

I can't remember the last time I saw prom pictures with a tux from my kids' proms or on FB. Most wear a suit. Men's Wearhouse has some affordable options, we're also lucky to have a Dillards Clearance center in our city that has some great deals.

What is your son wearing for prom this year? Where did you get the outfit?
