Well yea like anyone who is fat I’ve gained and lost weight naturally for many years.

I suppose is this is your first time being fat and your first time trying not to be fat it’s a great idea to see what you can do naturally to take the weight off. If this were my first time trying to get thin I don’t think I would jump to a very very expensive medication as my first effort.

“Very, very high levels of SSRIs” can cause serotonin syndrome. This is very serious.

Well, I am under the supervision of a psychiatrist and so is suicide.

Many can relate to what you’re going through. Hope things get better soon.

Thank you. What happened was not my fault, I keep telling myself, but it makes me so angry I am the one paying.

I lost 10 lbs before going on Wagovy. I had started exercising more and eating better so I was in good shape when I started Wagovy. The exercise before the Wegovy made the experience of loosing weight more gratifying.
Best of luck.

I am just angry because it's been a LOT of weight in relatively short amount of time, and I am worried I am going to look terrible when I lose it. But I also look & feel terrible now.

That bodes well for you then. Much better than those of us who come by obesity more honestly, lol.

Yes and most doctors will require you to do it.

I lost 45 pounds with diet and excercise and then started Ozempic

Why, other than to prove something to you?

As a fellow regainer, well, I mean, that’s why these drugs are getting approved. The “natural” way is a failure for maintenance at a population level.

It’s no different than what all us people who struggle with weight have done all through the years. You lose it by whatever method at the time works (drugs, keto, calorie restriction, IF) and then you break the habits and gain it all back. I’m in ozempic and it makes the losing easy. The keeping it off is hard
