Do you eat full fat cottage cheese? I get that fake sugar is a "gross diet food", but surely in moderation it's fine.

With blended cottage cheese, and about a T of cheesecake flavored sugar free pudding mix, it becomes like a cheesecake. Throw a few fresh berries on top, and sometimes a little shredded wheat, and it's fabulous!

You should try cottage cheese with tomatoes, cucumbers, just a few pumpkin seeds, and everything bagel seasoning. It's delicious.

Yes! I sometimes make a Greek salad and spoon it on top of my cottage cheese.

I go for the full fat version though, it keeps me full for hours!

I remember there was a pageant girl on MTV Real Life who ONLY ate cottage cheese and nothing else. As long as you dont get that extreme and you monitor the salt content, it's all good. I would look for the low-sodium one if you eat a lot of it.

I love it too and could easily eat a tub every day. I try to limit myself to 1 cup per day. It is very good protein.

When I crave ice cream I will have cottage cheese and frozen fruit. It satisfies the craving! I'm also in the 2 cups a day is fine.

I don't think you'd reach a limit that's "too much". It's pretty filling, and high in protein. Just listen to your body, that's all.

NP but I’m loving this advice. I love cottage cheese and sometimes eat it twice per day.

Sodium can be high depending on the rest of your diet. I easily eat 2 cups a day though. Love it!

Check the salt content and balance with the rest of your diet. Other, it's good.

I am dieting and trying to focus on protein. I'm so sick of chicken and have become addicted to cottage cheese. I enjoy it plain w/tomatoes, over a salad, and lately, blended fat free cottage cheese mixed with a little sugar free pudding mix. I've been holding myself back, but I could easily eat 2 cups daily. Calorically it seems fine to eat this much, but is there any other reason I should not? Milk and ice cream always upset my stomach, but cottage cheese and yogurt do not.
