Did Yale and Dartmouth take anyone off their waitlists? Or their waitlists never moved this year?

My son's friend got off the Wash U list a couple of days ago. Ironically, they had committed to Cornell but are now going to Wash U (no idea why.)

I thought Yale and Dartmouth closed. Which leaves H,P,M,S, Penn. Not sure about Columbia/ Brown.
