This is absolutely discussing. But then again, so is DeNiro.

I have neighbors who had twins when the wife was 50 and dad was 71. The twins are now juniors in college. Dad has to use a walker, but mentally is completely there. Mom is healthy and few people realize she's now 70.

It’s selfishness. Children need parental figures and no amount of money will replace that. The mom evidently sleeps with men 35+ years her senior and the dad will be dead. Another American degenerate in the making.

Thank you. It's really disturbing to see all the people who think the qualification for parenthood is money.

I had my kids at 25 and 30, with very little money to start with in my 20s, and I can tell you from experience, being now much better-off, that MONEY HELPS A LOT.

I really don't want to judge here. There is so much to criticize: lax American gun laws, and exorbitant costs of healthcare and higher education, for instance!
Are you really going to spend the day mad at de Niro, whom you don't even know?

Misplaced priorities, OP.

That’s appalling. I have no idea why they think this is a good idea.

Ok that makes me feel like a young parent and usually that is not the case.

At least DeNiro knows what he is getting into with Six existing children.

I don’t envy either the child or parents, but at least the latest kid has many siblings.

I mean, it is sad for the kid, as his/her dad will likely die before kid will form any strong memories of him . . . . but, I guess that is the olds' business.

I'm sure the kid and the baby momma are well taken care of, who cares. They are not on welfare. It's none of your business.

As long as they aware that with maternal and paternal age, probability of mutations increase.

When I saw his name trending on twitter, I thought it was because he had died.

Are people going to attack him as viciously as they did Hillary Swank?

I don't love the idea of making more babies in your 70s and 80s but I'm also not going to put a time limit on when people can have children.

If he was a woman people would be OUTRAGED.

Does anyone find this justifiable? I certainly don't. This poor kid who will never know his father.
