I wear cream slip-on canvas sneakers with pretty much everything; the color is similar to the Chuck's a pp linked to. Off white just looks dingy to me. And white is too high maintenance. I walk, Metro, or bus everywhere so they'd just look horrid. Cream hides scuffs easier and not hard to get clean.

Op here. I did and all of the shoe shades come back to white. That’s actually where I found the images I used. So I figured I would post here.
But...can't you just wear those outfits with your cream sneakers? White and cream aren't so different that you have to use an entirely different color palette with them.
