Yes, other seafood, soybeans, eggs, yogurt, etc.

Also, if you make smoothies, add chia seeds as it's a good source of plant protein.

While they both have protein are not high protein sources relative to calories. Not saying there is anything wrong with them, but if you are say aiming for 100 g of protein it will take a lot o calories to reach that with beans.

OP- what about lean ground meats like turkey or beef? What about something like pork tenderloin?

+ 1. Plus other fish. And greek yogurt.

Have you tried all the other types of fish? White fishes abound.

Chickpeas and beans and lentils but probably can’t do more than once/week due to caloric content. Can seafood be an option? Fake meat? I just don’t want to burn out on salmon and I really have to force myself to eat chicken.

You can’t google this? List of foods high in protein?

Protein heavy yogurt. Pea based protein powder, I use Huel.

Can you do some variety (marinaded, sauce, pan fried etc) of chicken that you may like?

I really do not understand your comments about beans and lentils. That is absolutely where you should be getting more of your protein. And eggs.

Oh, just saw you said no red meat.

Lots of other seafood options. Cod. Halibut. Mussels. Crabs.

I see here that many people eat a lot of chicken and salmon to get their protein. I like salmon a lot but chicken not so much. I get tired of salmon easily.
