Yes, it certainly CAN be.

Do you have any other really obvious questions that need an answer, trumpie?

NP. Yes. When it's your kids that are injured/killed and the perp is not charged, still racist?

Isn't it past time for these to be removed? Are the riders all at the library?!

So call the non-emergency police line about them. What does complaining about them here and snarking about MPD's website do?

Yeah, I don’t get this. At least make a report before you come here to complain.

Seems like an excellent time to resurrect the Monkey Wrench Gang. Those ATVs would be rendered useless by George Haywood, Doc, Bonnie and Seldom Scene... seems like a win/win to me.

Uh, then what are they doing there if they are not being used (illegally, as it turns out)? Is it an urban street art installation?

PP and I wouldn’t care what they are doing there. As long as they are not being driven the wrong way down one way streets, in a field where children play, etc. as they are in my neighborhood then I don’t care why they are parked there. But I don’t live in upper NW so maybe that’s why.

Connecticut at Macomb.

Maybe they are parked there while waiting for the bike lanes to be built?

I was unaware that SJW meant ATV.
