Subject: Are there any good tasting caffeine free green teas?
Ooh I love green tea and recently upped my intake but also recently have been having anxiety. It hadn't occurred to me that they could be connected.
Would you mind sharing how it affects you?
And not green, but when I want something without caffeine but full bodied and a little tannic, I like rooibos. There also was once a rooibos honey bush tea I liked but I haven't found it in a while.
Also raspberry leaf tea has that full body oomph but it can be used medicinally so you might want to teach that before starting.

If you can tolerate chamomile, try Celestial Seasonings Honey Vanilla Chamomile. It’s my favorite. Caffeine never used to bother me but as I get older it does. I recently had a green jasmine tea and the flavor was great but the caffeine made me crazy!

I like Harney and Sons decaf teas. My favorite is Decaf Paris.

Green tea lover here. No.
I would suggest you learn to live with a little tiny bit of caffeine if you want to enjoy green tea and pick the time of day you drink it strategically

Do you like flavored teas? I really enjoy Trader Joe's Candy Cane Green Tea, which has vanilla and mint in it. It's seasonal, so not necessarily available now. (I've seen it compared to Celestial Seasoning's Candy Cane Lane, which might also not be available in the summer!)
What about herbal teas?

Have you tried rooibos or Egyptian licorice?

Does it need to be green? Green does still have a little caffeine. How about a good peppermint or hibiscus? Or ginger?

I have never tried either of these because green tea is low enough caffeine to not bother me, but I buy all of my tea from Arbor Teas and they seem to only carry excellent teas. I'd try it.
