This year the coaches don’t seem as prepared as they should . They are repeating placements that have yielded 0 wins.
As far as I can tell this is their first time coaching and I’m not sure how much kid time they’ve had beyond being kids. So all feedback is negative and discussion of improvements. We are not interested in participation accolades but the kids can’t be all wrong every single game. These are kids that have played on winning teams previously. Only constant on the failures I see is the coaches.
I know not to say anything and just go cheer. But it’s hard to encourage my kid when the heads are dufus.
And no we just tell our kid to work harder and show that he can play other roles. Personally, I know it won’t matter. But what else can I do.
