Meaning the IEP was bare bones and still awaiting date to revise, etc. Ironically ( or not) received email from special ed lady this morning asking to have IEP meeting on Monday.
Which I obviously wont do without an attorney and advocate with me.
I feel like they are going to try and take away her IEP which I know they cant do without updated testing. So this is really just a teacher being a jerk to a kid with a disability that isnt receiving appropriate services.
I only communicate with them by email now so I have record of everything.
Its such a mess.
