It really depends on the level of your kid. If your kid is one of the top players, i would go to pipeline if you can make the first team. SAC seems to keep the same coaches year after year. So if you like the coach you'll be fine, if not then you'll end up looking again. Coppermine may develop your kid more than the other clubs. They don't play in the greatest league, but again if you kid is not a top player, they should be fine with any of the clubs. I would find a coach you like and a team that plays the way you want your kid to play. The coach and kids on the team will have a bigger impact than the club.
There's also Celtic, which is in a good league, just not the best teams (they used to be before Pipeline came along).
