It seems likely that the use of force was excessive. We need more information about why he was perceived as a threat.

Tell me, were you this upset when Michelle Go was pushed onto the tracks to her death for no reason?

There have been a number of subway deaths in NYC when people were pushed into the path of trains by mentally unstable people. Do you not keep up with the news?

Guy did the right thing. This homeless guy should have been locked up or institutionalized. He was a danger to others.

I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried out by 6. And the film does not show what the homeless man was doing before being subdued by 3 men. Too many nut bags and not enough police.

Recently a homeless man asked me for money. I said no apologetically, but he tried to attack me and steal my bag. He spit on me. I screamed as loud as I could. If I had a weapon, I would have used it. He could have easily killed me. I am very ill and it would not take much from a lunatic homeless vagrant to kill me. Sorry, I'm not dying for these people, they have already taken enough from me.

But this is exactly what's happening everywhere, to innocent people. I live in LA, it's literally the wild west the minute you step outside.
