I grew up near Valley Forge Military Academy. I know nothing about it though. But google is your friend.

The two in Northern Virginia are Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal and Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock. RMA's military aspect is tied into Air Force Junior ROTC, which I think is a bit unique.
Further south are Fork Union near Charlottesville and Fishburne in Waynesboro. I don't have any direct experience, but Fork Union has been around for a long time -- I knew a gentleman who recently passed away in his 80's who had gone there for high school, and gave them a lot of credit for turning him around. But that would have been the 1960's.

What exactly are you looking for? St. John’s College HS was founded as a military academy, and still retains a JROTC / Cadet Corps program. Every year kids go off to West Point, Naval Academy, Coast Guard Academy.
