For middle school contest in Maryland:

TPMS had 13 teams registered.
Hoover had 2 teams registered.
Frost had 4 teams registered
Bonnie Branch Math circle had 1 team.

For HS contest, many schools had teams, including 8 TPMS teams.

TP had 2 teams, "Hot Chrizz" and "Persistent Potassium", the former was top in the state, while the latter was tied with Hoover MS's "Banana Cupcakes"

It's a fun game. Calculator is not allowed but you can write codes to brute-force solve problems. My child found the answer to one of the probability questions by coding, which turned out to be quicker.

So, my kid isn't a math kid so I clicked through for fun. This was an international contest and MCPS did great. Also, the TPMS team names were pretty funny.
