Any in NOVA?

I don't know of any bungee aerobics, but you should look into aerial yoga. It's sort of like this but less aerobic. You use slings hung from the ceiling. It's fun and probably carries less of a chance of injury than this (though yes, it looks fun!).

Not sure about MoCo but I think a lot more yoga places are offering this. They have to get the aerial points installed, which can be a pain because not all studios spaces are suitable for it. But just google aerial yoga, I'm sure someone in the DC area does it.

bump.. MoCo doesn't have this? Bummer.

Are there any gyms in MoCo that do this. It looks like so much fun, and I'd actually go to this type of exercise class. I otherwise hate exercising.
