I feel as though if you're picky enough about health things to avoid seed oils, you shouldn't be eating takeout food.

Bengali food is well known for using mustard ,its certainly not used all over India.

Traditionally mustard oil for Indian food, but since you can’t sell it for food in the US I’m guessing it’s all canola for takeout.

It’s definitely not ghee anywhere in the US I’ve eaten, I’d know by the smell/taste.

Is it canola or other seed oils? Ghee? For vegetables, curries, noodles, fried rice, etc? I’m thinking of moderate restaurants that do a lot of takeaway.
