Underpriced? I don't think so. I can't imagine someone with $2.5M that wants a wonky shaped house with crazier shaped rooms like that. $2.5M would be better spent pretty much anywhere else then this tudor.

Agree on the kitchen. Not a kitchen I would be willing to accept in a $2.5mil house.

Beautiful on outside, but awful location and the kitchen is really strange.

Very odd shaped rooms to furnish. A kitchen that's really a curved hallway-the round bath offset in an odd shape bathroom looks like a fun house at the carnival. I can't appreciate much of this house.

They are indeed very dark and they are also much more money to maintain.

I am quite intrigued, but I notice there's a quarter acre pond, and I worry this will be a mosquito hell.

Is the pond actually part of the property? So is this property prone to flooding every time it rains?

Also, I'd like a floor plan.

Not my favorite style of older home, but I can appreciate that it's beautiful! And what a beautiful yard!

It's off Bradley, but it is so far in, you can't even see it from the road. I think it is an amazing house and an amazing lot!

Yeah, I mean if I needed 7 BR and a 3/4 acre of lawn to maintain on a busy street walkable to nowhere this would be a a place to consider.

Gorgeous, absolutely. Underpriced, not so sure. It's walkable to basically nothing, for both location and infrastructure reasons. It's right off of Bradley, which I wouldn't want to walk along on a regular basis. I'd probably even drive to Pyle. And even if you chance it, even the closest park is like a mile away. For being so car dependant, its a little weird there is no garage, which leads me to wonder if there is some sort of historic preservation rule against building one.

The acre (!) size lot is pretty amazing, but it better be if you are gonna in essence live on an island.

I'd say it's probably correctly priced.
