Gorgeous, absolutely. Underpriced, not so sure. It's walkable to basically nothing, for both location and infrastructure reasons. It's right off of Bradley, which I wouldn't want to walk along on a regular basis. I'd probably even drive to Pyle. And even if you chance it, even the closest park is like a mile away. For being so car dependant, its a little weird there is no garage, which leads me to wonder if there is some sort of historic preservation rule against building one.
The acre (!) size lot is pretty amazing, but it better be if you are gonna in essence live on an island.
I'd say it's probably correctly priced.
