I got my money back quickly when I reported them as a scam to my state AG's office.

I didn't even finish with Calibrate when they could not secure any medication. My coach was great. Their claim to know how to work with all insurance companies is bogus. My insurance covers medication, yet they weren't willing to submit all of the PA required. I even received a refund, so that's something.

5 months into the masters and no support no meds and replies take months. Total waste of money!

I paid for the Masters program but have received 0 support from Calibrate. I’m not 2 months into the Masters program and still haven’t received the ability to schedule a dr appt. I had to come off my medication cold turkey with no support from them. The support seems to be less in the Masters program too, any communication sent has taken over a week to hear any kind of response back. They do not give a refund for any reason, if they are not living up to their end of the commitment. So make sure you really want to do it before paying for.

I’m a few months away from the end of my first year of Calibrate. Has anyone who has done Calibrate continued with the Masters Program? Did your insurance continue to cover the medication?
