You will not snap one up at clearance prices. Used Bolts are selling for as much as new ones right now.
I know -- they're making 70,000 more this year, though, so maybe once they get the newer, bigger models out, people won't want the Bolts. (I'm talking about the EV, not the EUV.) Seems silly to kill it unless they need the manufacturing capacity, though, it's by far the cheapest EV on the market and the only cheap one that uses CCS charging.

The Equinox coming out is best EV coming out. It is main Reason Tesla is lowering prices. It is a well equipped SUV with next generations batteries at a 30k price point.
