Marlins are local and low key. NCAP alexandria tends to be more low key than the rest of NCAP

Subject: Lower key swim team - Alexandria
I am looking for recommendations for year-round swimming for my six-year-old who will be in first grade next year. She is doing summer swim at our neighborhood pool but trying to research options for during the next school year. She is not ready for something really intense and specifically would benefit from something with a stroke development focus. Thanks in advance for suggestions!
