Love this recipe… it’s slightly cheatable , imo, with just as good results. It hand mixes beautifully, as long as the butter is soft. You can also gently incorporate the baking powder into the flour on top of the wet ingredients before mixing to just dirty one bowl. Finally, you can easily make half size cookies for a non giant portion. Just don’t overmix or skip the chilling, and you have a dependable chewy crisp cookie.
