If you are wanting to transport your teen against their will, I think what you are looking for is a treatment center and not a school per se. Maybe what you need is a special education consultant to help you find the right therapeutic program.

wow that is horrible. how could the staff allow that? I would have called 911. I hope there are criminal charges.

I believe there are services you can hire that will extract the child and bring them to a destination. It's quite a process. The place your child is going should be able to give you that information.
