NP. Honestly, the only way I know to have my license and registration is from having watched so many tv shows and movies where someone gets pulled over and the cop says, "License and registration". I got my license at 16 like most Americans, but I have had to take the written test twice in the past 10 years because I moved to different states from living abroad, and I don't remember that being a question. So perhaps it is not well known? License, registration, and insurance - all have to be physical cards/papers. It seems ridiculous that it has to be physical these days. I have a digital driver's license that I can use at the liquor store, but not really anywhere else.
Insurance doesn’t have to be paper. They are fine with you showing it to them on your phone

Anonymous wrote:OP again. Is my registration with the county or the state? I will go online and get a new copy of this mythical card.
Anonymous wrote:NP. Are there states where you are not required to have a proof of registration with you?
