Thank you! EPIC is the one I’ve been checking out, so I’ll give it a whirl. I’m 50, so definitely hear you about warming up

Tried one of her videos and loved it. Which series of Caroline's do you all like? I'm ~ intermediate when it comes to weightlifting experience, but am healing my wonky neck so will most likely need to modify some. Thanks!
