Which you pick makes no difference for TJ.
Difference is the peer group in the classes and as PP noted rhe more homogenous AAP grouping allows for faster or deeper work

They can't be strict because that can't override a students choosing honors no matter how appropriate the non-honors track is for that student

Moving into FCPS for 7th grade next year. What is difference between AAP and Honors classes? Is one preferred for applying to TJ?
