Oh my god, what little idiots. Picked up a random container and ate what was in it? My FIVE year old knows not to do that.

I believe they found the drugs on school grounds.

Did they find the drugs at school or brought from home?

Please don't inject facts into a good DCUM rant. Really kills the vibe, dude.

That is part of the problem is that there are parents that also do drugs in their homes (edibles are legal in MD) so educating kids, even at elementary school level, about drugs and declining candy from others.

This. I am constantly smelling pot at night from my neighbors deck.

It’s legal. Montgomery County voters fully supported legalization of pot. Maybe now our politicians will vote to make other drugs legal so that our kids can have even easier access to a large variety of controlled substances.

God, you sound like a bad drug ad from the 90s. The hysteria on this entire thread is ridiculous and outdated.

I'd rather they spend the money and effort on cracking down on alcohol instead of pot. Way more alcohol related deaths and assaults than pot.

Now that pot is legal, we can expect to see more deaths due to drivers who are under the influence of weed. You can see(smell) them daily driving around the DMV.

There are constantly drug deals going on at our schools after hours. Of course drugs get left behind.

This county clearly has a drug problem and it doesn’t seem like our local politicians are even trying to do anything about it.
