You have to contact their customer service. They walked me through the steps but I don't remember them all right now.

The Gabb watch is completely bare bones. It's glitchy. But all we wanted was a way to see where the kids were when they weren't with us, and for us to be able to reach each other. It serves that purpose. I have a month to month plan and got the watches free during a promotion. I'd be mad if I actually paid for them.

I gave my daughter the Gab 3 for xmas and really hate it. Its actually too restrictive! The only way someone else can text her is is if they download the app to their own phone. A lot of folks we would put on her approval list are not going to do this. She isn't ready for an apple watch and I didn't want to pay the money but the gabb is a total pain in the butt.
I went to a verizon store and even they said they aren't very familiar with the watch when I tried to do a factory reset as well.

we had so many problems with gabb devices. phone just never really worked. i tried to cancel and got a message over the holidays that they were not responding to emails. then they charged me the next day.

My watch is paired to unknown device. How do I factory reset it without the paired device

You can manually factory reset the device by doing the following:
•Turn on the watch
•Put the watch on the charger
•Quickly press the Back button (located on the side of the watch) 4 times
•From the "Reset" screen, tap the Checkmark icon.

Long shot, but does anyone know how to factory reset a Gabb Watch Plus? We bought one secondhand and it needs to be factory reset for us to use it
