I actually do look kind of like Goop and that's why I know she's full of $hit because I don't do any of her stupid garbage. Turns out the key to being a skinny white lady is to be born with the genetics of a skinny white lady and then have access to adequate healthcare and get regular exercise. It is not the result of special supplements or a fancy diet or special workout, it's just genetic.

Did we NEED someone to debunk her stuff? She's neither a doctor nor a scientist, who advocates shoving rocks up the hoo-ha and steaming it. I failed biology at community college and even I know she's not to be listened to. It'd be like taking advice from Jenny McCarthy - if you listen to these people for advice that SHOULD come from licensed professionals, then you only have yourself to blame.
