It’s a pretty safe area but it’s an office area so not much happening at night. Broad street south of city hall is ok if that’s what you mean.

This is the way. In normal situations I would avoid the BSL because it has a rep for having really crazy/dangerous riders. But for getting to the Linc it is the best way. Don’t lollygag in suburban or Jefferson stations, it is not the DC metro. If you are in suburban station, get up and out of the station as soon as the opportunity presents itself—don’t walk the tunnels at night bc a lot of exits are closed off and there are some scaries who camp out down there.
